About This Program

On this journey, I will help you alongside to assist you in your nutritional goals. Whether your intention is to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply eat healthier; with my guidance, we can forsure attempt to level you up!

Once you are ready to commit and Level-Up by signing up for the Initial Evaluation (Step 1), you will be sent a questionnaire (Evaluation form) that will consist of questions regarding your health history, current dietary habits/lifestyle, anthropometric measurements (height/weight), goals, and more. This is solely for me to get a better understanding of who I am working with and helps me create a tailored nutrition plan that aligns with your unique needs and goals.

 

We will meet 2 times per month (45 minutes per session) after the Initial Evaluation online via zoom or call to discuss the details of the previous week, staying up to date on your goals, adjusting nutrition regimens as necessary, asking/answering questions, and more. Each client is different and will each receive different nutrition plans, suggestions, and or recommendations. This is a more tailored approach that is able to fit YOU best. 

About Me

Hi my name is Matt,

Ever since I was a kid, I was always involved in sports and was physically active. As I got older, I became passionate in the field of fitness and nutrition. Once I saw that I could make Nutrition as a career, I knew that it was meant to be. I went to college with an end goal: I want to help people with their nutritional needs. 

 

I saw just how important the role of proper nutrition has on our health; whether it comes to longevity, preventative medicine, and our overall well-being. Unfortunately, social media, friends/family input, other outside sources, busy lifestyles, etc., really make it difficult to follow through with one thing. Working with me, I will provide easy to understand nutrition and coach you through the process.
